Comprehensive reporting for your sites

Our Power BI reporting functionality encompasses two reporting suites known as Intelligent Water Management (IWM) and Single View of Portfolio (SVOP). IWM is a suite of analytical reports giving customers access to consumption alerts, meter optimisation data and benchmark reporting with the click of a button. Our SVOP tool provides customers with a holistic view of the data for all their sites including meter data, billing performance, consumption reporting and online query management. In addition, our customers can also use this reporting tool to understand the carbon impact of their water use.

Consumption monitoring

We can provide Automated Meter Readers (AMR) which is a device, fitted to a site’s water meter, that monitors water usage by taking a meter reading every 15 minutes and automatically transmitting the reads to our online portal, Utility Manager.

In a few simple steps, customers are able to access the data for their site(s) to understand their water usage and quickly notice any spikes in consumption, which could suggest a leak. Our team of experts will also monitor this data and alert customers to any potential issues, helping to avoid unnecessary costs.

Leak detection

A water leak can be costly to a business so it’s important it’s spotted and repaired quickly and efficiently. That’s where we can help. Not only do we provide a proactive approach to leak detection with our teams continually monitoring water usage for any unusual spikes, but we also provide non-intrusive leak assistance surveys.

Once we’ve confirmed a leak, we can provide an end-to-end repair and reinstatement service. Our qualified Civil Works team will use the output from the leak report to pinpoint and repair the burst.
