Our Customer Care Charter sets out 12 commitments focused on four key areas: Simple and Easy, Trust, Experience and Expertise, and Care. Each is backed by clear, measurable actions that exceed business-as-usual expectations.
We’ll report on our progress annually to keep you updated and to hold ourselves to account. We’ll also review these commitments every year to make sure they still respond to what matters the most to our customers.

Protecting vulnerable customers
In October 2024, we became the first in the sector to launch a vulnerability framework to support business customers. We have a strong belief at Business Stream that at their core, businesses are made up of people, some of which, at times, may find themselves in a vulnerable situation.
