Recognition

Work-life balance

If you join us in a full-time position, you’ll have a generous annual leave allowance of 31 days plus six public holidays each year. In addition, there’s the opportunity to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave in March each year, depending on business needs.

Plus, our hours don’t involve shift patterns or weekend working.

Learning & development

We’ll support you to enhance your skills and capabilities, enabling you to feel confident in your job and develop in your role.

Every colleague is encouraged to create their own personal development plan, setting out goals and opportunities for learning on-the-job, in collaboration with other colleagues and in formal training settings.

We set an ambitious target each year to ensure every colleague has the time, resources and encouragement to grow their skills and shape their career journey. We also have lots of opportunities for progression into new roles and teams.
