How we work

We understand that juggling work with all the other priorities of a busy life can be challenging, which is why, depending on the role, we offer office-first and hybrid working patterns and flexible hours.

Office first

Certain roles are based fully at our modern head office in Edinburgh Park, where there’s plenty of free parking, good transport links, subsidised restaurant and free 24/7 gym access.

Hybrid working

If you enjoy working from home, some positions are suitable for hybrid working, with a minimum requirement of three days in the office.

 

Flexible hours

Depending on the job, we can accommodate flexible start and finish times based around core working hours - especially useful if you’re caring for a family. We also offer part-time positions.
