Your meter location is usually printed at the top of page two of your bill. You should only attempt to take a meter reading if it’s safe to do so. To take a reading, please take note of the black numbers on the white background. If you have a newer digital meter, you only need to take note of the digits before the comma, indicating the cubic metres of water used.
