Alternative formats

We can provide information, including bills, in a range of formats, including:

  • braille
  • audio CD
  • large print.

If English is not your first language, we can support you. Our advisers are able to offer assistance in many languages.
When you call any of our teams, simply let us know your preferred language and we’ll arrange the appropriate support.

The languages we currently offer include French, Italian, Hindu, Manipuri, Spanish, Swedish, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Urdu.

Protecting vulnerable customers

In October 2024, we became the first in the sector to launch a vulnerability framework to help business customers. We’ve since introduced a range of initiatives to better help customers who need additional support.
