Championing wellbeing
We continually invest in a programme of activities that support all four wellbeing pillars.
Physical
We offer multiple initiatives, such as free 24/7 access to our on-site gym, regular health tracking opportunities and a cycle-to-work scheme.
Mental
We put in place mental health first aiders, created an on-site sanctuary (quiet room), an employee assistance programme and more.
Social
One social highlight is our Annual Awards Night, which recognises and rewards our colleagues across a broad range of categories.
Financial
We are a Real Living Wage employer and offer a wide range of benefits and services that provide practical and impartial support.
Creating an inclusive culture
It really matters to us that we offer an inclusive working environment. That’s why we’ve implemented initiatives such as: delivering inclusion training to all colleagues, signing up to the UK Race at Work Charter and doing what we can to be a menopause friendly employer. We’re also making great progress through the levels of the Disability Confident Scheme.
