Supporting our colleagues

We’ve introduced a wide range of initiatives to support our colleagues’ wellbeing, create an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and enhance our learning and development programme. They’re based on feedback from our people and aimed at ensuring everyone feels able to grow, contribute and thrive.

Creating an inclusive culture

It really matters to us that we offer an inclusive working environment. That’s why we’ve implemented initiatives such as: delivering inclusion training to all colleagues, signing up to the UK Race at Work Charter and doing what we can to be a menopause friendly employer. We’re also making great progress through the levels of the Disability Confident Scheme.
