Business in the Community (BiTC)
Waterwise
The UK’s largest NGO focused on water conservation and water efficiency. We were the first water supplier to partner with Waterwise.
Ecologi
UK-based global climate action specialists. We’ve partnered with the company to support our goals to invest in nature-based projects and to develop environmentally led customer propositions supporting biodiversity within the UK.
Scotland’s Towns Partnership (STP)
Scotland’s national towns’ collective is responsible for Scotland’s Improvement Districts. As part of our commitment to local communities, we’ve partnered with STP to support its goal to build inspiring and sustainable towns and cities.
Career Ready
We work with the UK’s leading social mobility charity to deliver mentoring support and paid work experience to young people. We also sit on Career Ready’s Edinburgh, Mid-Lothian and East Lothian Board and support its Skills for Success masterclasses.
Developing the Young Workforce (DYW)
The Scottish Government’s Young Person’s Guarantee links young people to businesses to provide workplace opportunities. In 2023 we became the first water supplier to gain DYW Young Persons Employer guarantee status.
Powering Futures
Empowering the future workforce to support businesses in the transition to net zero. Pupils tackle a real-life sustainability problem to earn an SCQF Level 6 qualification.
Scottish Action for Mental Health (SAMH)
Our partnership with Scotland’s national mental health charity raises vital funds and provides information, resources and support to colleagues. We also back SAMH’s goals to aid people with mental health challenges across Scotland.
National Support Network (NSN)
UK-based social enterprise providing support and external signposting services to assist delivery of our customer vulnerability framework. We established this long-term strategic partnership in 2025.
